Responsibilities For Title Clerk

Answers the phone, assists customers.
Process customer titles in and out of state
Assist with dealer transfers and wholesale sales
Managing license plate and decal inventory
Submit all legal transfer documents to the MVA
Efficiently and accurately identify/analyze vehicle title/ownership documents
Timely preparation & processing of all MVA Title/Registration documents using CVR/Dealer tracking

Qualifications For Title Clerk

Work full time
Current Driver License
Title and customer services experience preferred but not required
Office skills including personal computers (Microsoft Word, Excel)
An awesome attitude with great interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently in a team setting
Must be able to work in our two locations (Rockville and Adelphi)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but no required)
