• Answers the phone, assists customers.
• Process customer titles in and out of state
• Assist with dealer transfers and wholesale sales 
• Managing license plate and decal inventory
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the MVA
• Efficiently and accurately identify/analyze vehicle title/ownership documents
• Timely preparation & processing of all MVA Title/Registration documents using CVR/Dealer tracking

• Work full time
• Current Driver License
• Title and customer services experience preferred but not required
• Office skills including personal computers (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• An awesome attitude with great interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently in a team setting
• Must be able to work in our two locations (Rockville and Adelphi)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but no required)
